WARRANTY
If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll do our best to fix the problem, fast and free. If there is a problem with the service provided and you notify us within 30-days, we will work to remedy your problem quickly and at no additional cost.

Home & Small Business Computer Services

Simple Diagnostics & Repair - $50

  • Determine the cause of unusual slowdowns or Internet problems.
  • Diagnose & repair any operating system issues.
  • Provide a detailed estimate for recommended hardware repairs or upgrades if needed.

Advanced Diagnostics & Repair - $150

  • Determine the cause of crashes, lockups, unusual slowdowns or Internet problems.
  • Diagnose & repair any operating system issues.
  • Remove all viruses and spyware.
  • Install critical updates (e.g. Operating System, Drivers, etc.).
  • Optimize for faster speed and performance.
  • Provide a detailed estimate for recommended hardware repairs or upgrades if needed.

Hardware Installation - $25

  • Installation of internal or external hardware devices on your desktop or laptop. Hardware examples include:
    • Graphics/Video Card
    • Memory
    • Scanner
    • Printer
  • Note: Hardware is not included in installation price.

“Starting Fresh” (Operating System Installation) - $150

  • Installation of Windows operating systems. (e.g. Windows XP, 2000 or Vista)
  • Installation of drivers and critical updates.
  • Ensure system stability.

Home Network Installation - $150

  • Installation and configuration of a single (1) wired/wireless router.
  • Installation and configuration of multiple devices (e.g. computers, access point, network printer, Xbox, Playstation or Wii)
  • (Wireless Router) Setup of wireless encryption for wireless network (e.g. WEP)
  • Note: Hardware is not included in installation price.

Home Network Troubleshooting & Repair - $50

  • Investigate why your network isn’t working properly.
  • Troubleshoot and repair your network connection.

Wireless Security Setup - $50

  • Enable wireless encryption on an existing home network.
  • Examine two (2) computers for security vulnerabilities.

Add Device to Existing Home Network - $50

  • Installation and configuration of a single (1) device to an existing wired/wireless home network. Devices include:
    • Computer
    • Access Point
    • Printer
    • Game Consoles (e.g. Xbox, Playstation, Wii, etc.)

Firewall, Internet Security and Anti-Virus Installation - $50

  • Installation and configuration of suitable Firewall and Internet Security software on a single (1) computer.
  • Note: Depending on the desired firewall, Internet security or anti-virus choice may require a one-time or subscription fee depending on the software vendor.
